Event Details

A Weekend Private Room Party reserves the Game On Party Room and includes intro/orientation, 2 hours of game play, and time in your own private room for eating, drinking, and hanging out. These events happen while Game On is open to the public, so access to game rooms is shared with other visitors. The base price is for 2.5 hours and includes up to 10 people. Additional people are $50 each. Food and drinks can also be added for an additional cost.

Cancelation Policy

Please let us know as soon as possible that you will be canceling your reservation. Cancellations more than 30 days before a scheduled event will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations 30-15 days before a scheduled event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of an event will not be refunded and will be charged in full.
